Vb.net Deployment Problem without framework

i m not sure if its reposted but can anyone tell me if there is anyway to include all the needed dll files in one .exe so someone to be able to run the program without to have to run the VB.NET RUNTIME FILES.
(sorry for the english)

If i've interpreted helpdesk's question properly, i believe he is talking about running a .net app without the whole of the framework. In which case you will want to take a look at this thread where it was discussed....
