send mail in vb.net via Outlook (very urgent)

Hello sir,
I have developed an application in vb.net which sends mail via Outlook. I am using Office 2000 in my development machine. Its working great on my machine. But on my client's machine, they have Office 2003. Its not working there. It is giving an error of THE "SPECIFIED MODULE NOT FOUND". The DLL i have referenced are Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook. I searched through the net. It is said that since we are using Office 2003 we require Micosoft Office 11.0 Object Library. But on my development machine I am using Office 2000 which has Micosoft Office 10.0 Object Library. I cannot purchase Office 2003. Is there any way out of this. please help me...

Actually, this problem is solvable ... all you need is kinda library file to be included in your project ... give me some time and i'll find the exact file and give you a link where it could be taken.
