I have created a search query on VS/VB to filter name in my table. I am searching by using the text changed event handler on a textbox on a winform. It is very slow in searching and presenting the results. I halts when you type too fast. Any reccomendations how to improve speed.
I am using access 2007 . My db is installed on a server and is accessed through a wired network. Even when the server is only used by one person I get the same slow results. The results actually are the same whether is many or just one person intearacting with the db. When the db was on my pc the search was much faster.Thank you for your time
