logging on as sys

hi, I was curious if you guys could help me out, for testing purposes I need to connect to the sys, on a remote computer. what is the right syntax for the conection string to do this with?

right click on the desktop
choose new..text file
rename it to a.udl
double click it
choose the data provider
enter the relevant values
test the conenction
upon success, read the contents of the file
