Deployment in asp.net

hello
i want to know the steps involved in deployment in asp.net
when i am trying to deploy in either vb.net or asp.net
an error is displayed as
"1706 error "
so i want to know exactly where the error is

could you explain how you deploy the asp.net application please?
Btw, i beleive it's easier if you just copy the web forms and dependencies to the server.

Depolyment in asp.net is same as we do in vb.net
instead we use
file -> add project-> new project->
and we select
set up and deployment -> web set up project
and a wizard is being opened
now my query is i want to keep my project at server and want to browse it to all the systems connected to LAN

well you can just deploy it on server using copy project option
