bgcolor not working properly

Hi…
I designed a software in which I used “active caption” as background colour. Now It works on my computer or current OS but not working properly onto other computers or OS. I mean to say that the background colour goes “dark blue” or some different colour.
Kindly help me.

Active Caption is actually 'Dark Blue' in the Classic Windows Default Theme.
ActiveCaption is no fixed, but variable color, which differs with the set theme.
