Question Best way to render graphics to video

I've been working on a program where I'll need to export video with graphics data embedded within it. I'm already using the expression encoder sdk to capture the videos as windows media, but when I'm done capturing, I need to be able to to create an animated overlay and render it directly into the video.

Any suggestions on a good way to do this?

for that you have to use an overly filter and you should have to build a Graph for capture and overly then then after you have to decide that you want to save that output or directly display
with an animation.
