Question changing colors

I am using visual basic 2022 from the visual studio 2022 and i hope that i am on the right place for this question
How can i change the color of all the code text f.e. in black becaus now it is very disturbing

Have you tried Tools > Theme ?

Further there is Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors.
