i want to create an application that will allow me to take a picture of a meter index which has 4 dials, the application would use a webcam and when the index is placed in front of the camera it would determine the angles of the dials and calculate a number
in the attached image, the calculated number would be: 9512
the index would be placed in an exact location every time.
would this be possible and how should i go about creating something this?
