What is the BEST Magazines to subscribe?

Hello guyssss,

I'm thinking to make 1 or 2 years subscription of any magazines on software development. However since this is a 'long-term' investment, then i have a BIG problem to decide which one to subscribe....might be MSDN..or anything...

Please help...if u guys outhere know one that could help...for ur info..i have been doing programming in VB.NET for almost 2 years...

Hi

I only subscribe to MSDN and find it packed full of interesting articles and ideas. I invariably find at least one article per month that will help me in my working role. The only downside to this is that I see your primary platform is .NET 1.1 and much of the material in MSDN now is geared towards .NET 2.0 (and soon .NET 3.0 I would assume). You could of course, subscribe to a different magazine (I'm sure you will get loads of suggestions) and just go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/ to view the MSDN Magazines online (free of charge).

Thank's alot for the very useful information..actually i dislike reading on the computer screen. I would rather prefer read the things on paper. Anyway thanks a alot!!!!

It looks like i need to move on .NET 2.0 by myself, cannot wait my Boss to decide. VS 2005 really simplify a lot of things some more compared to the prev VS2003....

Your absolutely right, 2005 does simplify a lot of things.
