Will there be any problems if I upgrade to Visual Studio 2005 with the applications I created with the VS.Net Studio academic 2003 ver? I spent hundreds of hours creating several applications and need to know what will happen when I maintain them in VS.net 2005.

Thank you for your time

most of the things you would need to change would be minimal

there's very little code change needed to go from 2003 to 2005

vs 2005 does a much better IDE for making and maintaining programs, so the upgrade would probably easily out weight the minimal code changes

Thank you

When I buy VS.net 2005 and install it, all I do is find the "project open" option then search for the apps I created under the VS.net 2003 academic version ,click on them, run them and see what happens.

Thanks for your time, its a big relief.

I'll let you know what happens.
