A VB Developer to analyze, design, build, test, and implement/maintain the lines of business in an insurance software product. This position will involve current system maintenance, development of software for insurance filings, and new state rollout. This position will include interacting with third party vendors to learn, support, maintain and enhance the policy issuance system as well as other related software systems.
Requirements: Dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline; 2+ years VB 6 development experience with SQL Server, COM, COM+, and MTS; strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; ability to work on multiple assignments; able to trouble shoot, debug and problem solve at the highest level; ability and desire to mentor others. Experience with XML and XSL Transformations.
