I'm proposing a project regarding to electronic cash stored in mobile phone or smartphone to make a purchase rather using the cash or credit card.
User need to enable the bluetooth to make payment transaction that transfer electronic cash at any merchant while they are shopping.
I'm intended to use VB.NET to develop a similary system. I'm seeking for guidance and opinion about the project I proposed. Please comment Thanks =)
