Unable to execute the exe

Hi everyone !,

I developed a project in the vb.net. I created an exe for that project using "setup and deployment" in the visual studio.net 2005.

I installed that exe in a system which doesn't include visual studio 2005. That system is installed with .net framework 2.0. But still, the exe file is not executed. please help me regarding this. please tell me the procedures to solve this problem.
