Trust level request

I have use VS2005 for almost a year and after installing and deinstalling some mysql software I can no longer work with my asp.net applications.
When I load them I am informed that The applications configuration files mus contain trust section. I have tried to find this errormessage documented on the Web but without any luck. I have tried to add
<trust level="Full" originUrl="" /> to the system.web section in the applications web.config system.web without success.
Does anyone have any idea how I can remedy this?

Strange, i would have thought that setting the trust level in the web cofig should cure the problem. It may be that you need a security permission also to work in tandem.
