Tranparent Lables

Is it possible to have transparent labels in vb.net? Means if we place a label1 on another label, say label2, then will the text of label2 be visible on runtime.

i was simply pointing out that you made 2 threads for the same question and (even if i couldnt properly answer your question, of which i couldnt right off hand) then the answer should only be worked out within the 1 thread so there wouldnt be any confusion
