Open Html File in Webbrowser container where file is located on local hard drive

Within my application I have an HTML webpage which is amended and stored on my local C: drive.
In order to validate and test these amendments I want to display this file in a webbrowser container before uploading to host.

Could anyone tell me if this is at all possible please?

With WebBrowser control, use the Navigate method and specify the full path to file.
