Non uniform GUI

Not sure where to put this query. I would like to move away from the rectangular forms you see all the time and develop a VB.Net application that has a skin type interface similar to winamp etc.. Is there a way to make a form a non uniform shape based on a graphic or background...

You do this by changing the Region.
