.Net on UNIX/LINUX

Dear Sir,

We have our applications on Windows developed using VB.Net and ASP.Net. Our client now wants to shift to LINUX. We wanted to know if there is any possibility for us to use the code written using .Net on the Linux platform. For knowing about the possibilities, we also wanted to know about the possibilities of using the .Net code on the UNIX platform.

We would be very grateful for your insights.
