.NET 3.5 NOT Part of XP SP3, Right?

I'm pretty sure that .NET 3.5 is NOT part of XP SP3 but I just wanted to check... I ask because my company does not want our machines upgraded to XP SP3...

Nope, the only OS's thus far to have anything .Net pre-installed is Vista and Server 2008.

But in regards to XP SP3, I was glad when I did upgrade from SP2 to SP3... a number of programs started working better (mostly faster)
