Question My class needs a new Project

Hi there,
my SDD class needs a new game or something to program as an assignment.
We have already done the following:

• Calculator
• Tic Tac Toe

we have about 8 weeks as the time period,
it needs to be reasonably tricky, liek tic tac toe was.
There needs to be some sort of AI.

any ideas?
