I am admin on my box and build the MSI for my application. When my standard users tried to install this, they are getting 1625 error with the message "Error: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.". But my other admin users can install this MSI without any problem

When a standard user (non-admin) uses my same code to build it, that MSI can be installed successfully at both admin and standard user machine.
Does not know what is really going on here and if there is any settings on my Visual Studio to resolve this, please let me know. Any help would be appreciated.
