The source code is used to create a transparent window. You can drag the border to re-size it and you can drag the rectangular area to move it.
The problem I have with this code is that it does not allow me to reduce the size of my transparent form any further than its default minimum size.
Could anyone let me know what else do I need to do in my source code to resolve this problem?
