How to get the IP of my ISP

I am trying to get the public ip (of my ISP) by which i am identified on the web. But there in dotnet i am using the system.net class that just provides me with the ip of my local machine. When i see it on 'www.whatismyipaddress.com'; it reveals my true ip. Can anybody help me out to get the same ip with .net.
