How to create a simple web browser in VB .NET?

Good day, I would like to ask if how can I create a simple web browser using VB .NET that can be use in local intranet sites? Please help.

In my Visual Studio Help I have an example. You can find it
by doing a help index and then typing:
webbrowser control
.....then.....
adding web browser...
