How to connect Mysql server to vb.net

Hi
There is problem. I am using vb.net to create a project. In the project , i need to connect with MTSQL. But i don't know about mysql.
How will i connect with MySql.

My data is on internet. How will i take the data from internet. I have url, servername, user id and password . how will i create a connection.

If anybody knows the answer. Pls. reply as quick as possible.
