Question How to change windowsbar (border) image?

Hi,

Was wondering how they change the image/color of the windowsborder of an application (like for example they did for the latest version of Windows Mediaplayer, where the border (the top bar of the application, where it says "Windows Media Player", application title) is black and with rounded corners, instead of blue like normal application. How did they do this? and is this possible to do with using VB .NET?
