Go on the disk share network with permissions ???

I work in VB2005.
I need to go on the share :\\ServerName\Share... but I have not permissions on this share...

I would like :

1 - In my program, I definie the rights, for example : User :"Domaine\Account" and the password" for this share.

2 - Before the right is good, I can to go on my share \\ServerName\Share.

Why I can to do ?
