GetDesigner Crashes IDE

I have been having some problems with the VS.Net 2005 IDE. I am developing a custom designer for a control i have written however when i use the IDesignerHost's GetDesigner method the IDE crashes. Does anyone know if this is a known issue with 2005, as it works fine on 2003. Or have there been some changes to IDesginerHost that anyone is aware of?

Figured it out, this is just another one of those 2005 IDE bugs that will hopefully get sorted out in the service pack, which by the way i hear is due for release at the end of september.
