Get the details of SSL certificate in .net 1.1

I want to get the details of SSL certificate which
are implemented on a perticular domain, just by passing domain name (like
mail.yahoo.com) with C#/vb .Net 1.1 code.
is it possible? :rolleyes:
if it is, how?:confused:
