Customising IDE popup menu

Is it possible to customise the IDE popup menu? I miss the "Navigate Backward" option that was there in VB6.

I've set my keyboard shortcuts to give me this option, but I would still prefer it on the Popup as well, underneath "Go to Definition".

Use context menu on the IDEs menu area (or menu View, Toolbars) and select "customize...", select the "context menus" in Toolbars tab and they appear as a menu bar in IDE. Then you can navigate and customize them like any other menu.
