ASPNET_REGIIS WITH deployment

Hi,
We have a ASP.NET webservice application that needs to be deployed and we have a requirement to run aspnet_regiis automatically with our deployment. I did find a post mentioning about using installer classes to do this , but how do i accomplish in the ASP.NET environment and web setup projects. Any pointers or solutions to run aspnet_regiis with our deployment package?
