Web Developer/Programmer Analyst , 18 months, NYC, NY

Candidates must be on a 1099 or w2.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of developing large n-tier web-based applications (preferably similar to a large governmental agency*s applications) out of which a minimum of 2 years in VB.Net, SQL Server and Visual Studio.Net is required with experience in working through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
2 years of Rational Rose/ Visio and MCSD certification are desirable.
Candidates must be able to present samples of their work.
The candidate must be prepared to describe the various projects they have worked on and their role in the process,then present and explain examples of their work.
The candidate must show the Client excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex technical processes to a non technical person.
