Does anyone even think that making a petition for MS, to supply with the free visual studio 2005 standard edition, the windows mobile template for WM 2003 and 5?

Or just 2003 alone?

Can someone at least may be explain to me why Visual studio 2005 professional edition costs so much?

VS is one of the key programs that MS has (next to Office and their OS's [except Vista])

They've invested a lot of time, knowledge and money into making it and supporting it. Plus once you (your company) has bought it, you can make programs to sell to other people.
