i want the file name that i open in rich text box that appear on the form name (title bar of form)
i want its code when i open the file its name or file name appear on the form text... hope u reply me soon....

say if you use openFileDialog you can join this code to your app:

Me.Text = Me.OpenFileDialog1.FileName.ToString

if you want to substring only the name fo the file (with the code above it will display absolute path including file name) then you suppose to split the path by using slash "/" as separator and assign only last string to the form's text (ask if you need an additional help)

If you only want filename there is a good utility function System.IO.Path.GetFilename(fullpath)
