Hello,

I've been trying to connect to an access 2010 database using VS 2010. I use Windows 7 x64. I have heard that Microsoft did not make a x64 Jet driver.
Everything I have read says I need to go through SQL Server to be able to query the access db. Is this true or is there another way to do this?

No that is not true. All you have to do is force your application to run in 32-bit mode even if it is on a 64-bit machine. If you're using a full edition of VS then it's a simple matter of changing a setting in the Advanced Compile Options of the project properties. If it's VB Express then it's a bit more complex.
