Question what have i done wrong?

i wrote this code:

WebBrowser3.Navigate(frmStart.ComboBox1.SelectedText + ".tribalwars.net/help2.php")

But browser says:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

What does the entire URL look like after the string concatenation? Does the page even exist in that location?
