webform publishing problem

I just recently changed my office location and my PC has been assigned a new IP address and new name. The webforms that I developed with VisualStudio.Net 2003 are now can be accessed only from my computer as localhost. but it cannot be accessed from any other computer in network/intranet even though the new address is used. it used to work before when i published and saved it in C:/inetpub/wwwroot.

Any Suggestion? :|
