hello,
my younger brother is new to vb.net and has asked me to get some source code for a space invaders game that he would like to learn how to build. he is into his retro games and has been told that vb.net would be the easyest language to learn first, then he is going to go on to somthing a bit more coplicated.... thank you for your help people.

VB.NET is relatively easy to learn as modern languages go, but it is not necessarily the best choice if you want to get into game development. You can do it though.
