vb.net and EPC RFID numbers

i have a barcode application that i wrote a few years ago that now needs to create UCC and EPC (rfid) numbers for both barcode printing and now RFID printing- if anybody knows of a tool that will handle the barcode AND the RFID i would greatly appreciate it. i am doing all the normal encodings SSCC, GTIN, GRAI and i need to do them in 96 bit rfid formats- not the 64 bit. i found some java libraries but i need something in .net. hopefully vb- but c# would be fine.
