Value was either too large or too small for an unsigned byte

Hi all,

I am using vb.net as front end and SQL server as backend. I got an error while saving the transaction an exception was thrown as follows:

Value was either too large or too small for an unsigned byte.

I could not find the root cause for this exception.How can this be solved?. Is there any other way to solve this?. It is very critical. Please provide a solution.

Obviously you are trying to put a value into an unsigned byte variable or field that is either less than zero or greater than 255.
