Question UTA052: is not a test class

I am getting this error after runnning the tests in the VB.Net UnitTest project.

I am having Visual Studio 2005 version 8.0..50727 and .Net framework version 2.0.50727.
The Microsoft.VisulaStudio.QualityTools.UnitTest version is 8.0.0.0

Please let me know, how to resolve this error?
