Question Updating A Program

Hey guys... I'm somewhat new to VB, but I'll consider myself as a more advanced user... Don't blame me because i'm very young compared to some of you, but back on topic....

I need help updating a program, i've managed to make an auto downloader, but i have no idea what to put in the text file to update it, please help me XD
