We are seeking candidates to help provide customer support for our VB.NET e-commere solution. You can find our about our company and site at:

The position can be performed remotely. General guidelines are as follows:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
4-Year Technical Degree required
1 year REAL work experience in the customer service area, for a progressive technology company
Fairly solid knowledge of managing web sites with asp.net
asp.net experience in both C# and VB.NET languages
SQL Server setup, configuration and SQL query language
HTML & CSS
Web site design techniques (FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc)
Microsoft Access
IIS Setup
FTP/Terminal Services usage
Familiarity with e-commerce technologies
This will be for a full-time position. Strong customer phone/e-mail skills, as well as friendly, courteous attitude required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Handle technical support issues that arise from customers trying to install, use, and configure our storefront
2. Develop FAQ knowledge base with accumulated support issues and common fixes
3. Perform simple store installations via FTP and SQL script execution
