Was looking for suggestions and ideas on making a computer act like a server. The computer is limited in that it only has ports open for whatever is necessary to allow basic web browsing. SQL, sharing under network, or having ports opened or forwarded is not an option. The one option that can be provided is a Static IP Address, but what can be done with that without knowing what ports are open?
