Startup menu icon

I just finished an ppc app on .net 2005. I built the cab file etc..
It downloads right into the device cranks up and installs itself etc..
Everything works fine except I cant figure out how to get the application icon on the start panel with the install cab.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
