SQL Server Connection in Console Application

Hi to Everyone,

I am trying to develop a Console Application that must connect to an existing SQL Server but I am getting "SQL Server does not exists or Access denied" exception.

I can connect to that SQL server with enterprise manager in the same computer.

I am using .NET 1.1 / Visual Studio 2003 Enterprise Arch / SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition / Data Access Application Block for .NET (SQL Helper Class) / Windows XP Professional (+ SP2)

since you are using the app blocks from ms have a look at the newly updated enterprise library at the msdn site.
