Simple Functionalities

Hello everybody..
I'm a new entry in this forum..
I'm also new to VB.NET but have a strong desire to learn it..
At first i would like to something small thing..
I would like to do the basic functionalities like ADD,DELETE and EDIT data to and from SQL Server database...
So can anybody please guide me to do this...
