Serious help needed!

Hi,
Umm here is the problem: I just took a course on VB.NET programming and I wanted to do the following: 2 timers with popup messages when the countdown ends, also I wanted to play a little sound on the end, letting me know that it actually finished. Another features could be: sending an email, to notify user that it finished, etc...

Anyone care to help?

Ok well you need to look at timers and messageboxes. That would be the easiest way in my opinion. No idea about playing sounds or emailing though.
