Hi
I recently moved to VB2005 express. New is the the splitcontainer.
I decided to put a splitcontainer on my form to make layout easier. Its a maseter/detail form. The master (datagrid in panel1) and the details (textboxes containing the details of the selected record in panel2).
I just calculate the width of the datagrid and set the splitcontainer according. so everything fits, whatever the resolution.
But since I have my Datagrid in this container, my scrollbarr is gone!? When I put the datagrid outside the Splitcontainer, they are just where they should be.
does anyone recognise this and found a solution for it? Or do I use the splitcontainer in a way it isnt designed?
Thanks in advance
